She was impressed by the magic of different textile materials: wool, linen, cotton, silk. During her studying at the Institute, Tatyana participated in all-Ukrainian and international exhibitions in Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson, Lviv and Odesa. She was an active participant of the international textile symposium “ArkheNytkaNovo” 2006 (Lviv). Since 2008 she has been a member of the youth organization NSKHU. Humanity is a permanent source of creative inspiration in her works. The artist is trying to reveal the unique inner world of people through the world of crafts, which is a complicated language, intended not only for the eyes, but for the mind and feelings. The palette of colors she employs plays an important role in her works. “Similar to a musical chord, the color ‘chord’ can call forth certain feelings such as lightness, joy, or the opposite – sadness; or severe or disturbing feelings. Heavy, resounding color chords in strong color tones lead us into an atmosphere of weighty thoughts; lighter color tones captivate us, while blazing shades of hot yellow, contrasted with cool, pale tones, reveal before us the dramatic ‘music’ of spiritual life.” |
