Fulbright Scholar Program October 2, 2006
  • Ukrainian citizenship.
  • Doctoral degree or equivalent professional training or experience at the time of application. For professionals and artists outside academe, recognized professional standing and substantial professional accomplishment is expected.
  • A detailed statement of proposed activity for research of lecturing a U.S. institution. The proposed project should contribute to the development of knowledge in your field and must be effectively investigated within a period of 4 to 9 months in the United States.
  • Proficiency in English appropriate to the proposed lecturing or research project to be carried out in the United States.
  • Able to receive a U.S. J-1 visa which requires returning to Ukraine for 2 years following program completion.
  • Completed application form
  • Detailed statement of proposed activity for research or lecturing
  • 3 letters of recommendation
  • CV
  • All documents in English and Ukrainian (exception: application form in English only)
  • Fulbright Graduate Student Program May 16, 2006
  • Ukrainian citizenship
  • A higher education degree  (Master degree or certificate of specialization) or
  • Bachelor degree at time of award  (4th and 5th year students are eligible)
  • High proficiency in written and oral English
  • Able to receive a U.S. J-1 visa which requires returning to Ukraine for 2 years following program completion.
  • Applicants under age 35 are preferred.

  • Copy of education diploma, class transcript and grades (for 4th and 5th year students copy of class records)
  • 3 letters of recommendation
  • All documents must be in English
